The Red Tent
Four consecutive Wednesdays on WKGC FM 90.7,  beginning February 28, at 5:30 pm. Tune in for conversation about The Red Tent, a novel that reveals the traditions and turmoil of ancient womanhood. It tells the story of Dinah, giving her a voice and a destiny that the biblical record obscures.

"A Rose By Any Other Name"
March 19, 7 pm to 8:30 pm.
Amelia Center Theatre Lab
Co-Sponsored by Salvation Army Domestic Violence Program.
This program, which incorporates contemporary music, dance, video, poetry and dramatic dialogue, focuses on the problem of sexual violence in our culture. The event, for mature audiences only, is free and open to the public. Donations for the Salvation Army Domestic Violence Program will be accepted.

The Vagina Monologues
Co-sponsored by the Division of Visual and Performing. In the Amelia Center Theatre Lab Tuesday March 13 through Sunday March 18. Tuesday through Saturday performances are at 7:30 pm; Sunday is a matinee at 2:30 pm. GCCC faculty and staff will be on hand after the shows for conversation.

Gulf Coast Women Breaking Barriers:  Exceptional women talk about their lives, challenges and accomplishments. All talks at 10 am in the Gardner Seminar Room.

Women's Fashions Through Time
Photographs taken in period clothing. March 14. Student Union East Private Dining Room at 10 am. Each photo will cost $10 with proceeds going to the Salvation Army Domestic Violence Program.

Time Capsule Burial
